We are collecting your Government-issued ID (Aadhar/Passport) and contact details to facilitate identity verification and ensure traveler safety during the trip. This information will be shared with the assigned Trip Captain and local law enforcement as required by state tourism regulations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Compliance: Standardized for Fair Trade Practice.
- 30+ days before trip: 90% refund (Basis: Standard Consumer Practice)
- 15–30 days before trip: 50% refund (Basis: Operational Cost Protection)
- Less than 7 days before trip: No Refund (Basis: Non-recoverable Vendor Costs)
- Force Majeure (Acts of God): Vinvo Credits (Basis: Section 56, Indian Contract Act)
6. Intermediary Disclaimer
Compliance: Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
"Vinvo is a Marketplace E-commerce Entity as defined under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Vinvo acts solely as an Intermediary platform connecting Travelers with third-party Travel Partners. We do not own, control, or operate the tours listed. Any deficiency in service, loss, or injury during the trip is the sole responsibility of the Travel Partner (Operator)."
